Following the first announcement in April, read an update on the construction progress of VikingGenetics' new, state-of-the-art bull barns in Denmark.
The building project is progressing smoothly and at pace, as earthworks and the last planning stages are in their final stages.
Excavation and sand filling was completed last week. This resulted in the casting and pouring the cement foundations for barn 6 on Tuesday, May 22nd.
Inventory planning is also in full swing, as we have ordered the steel trusses, confirmed other roofing elements, and sent them into production.
We're thrilled with the progress and look forward to the barns' completion this autumn. The dedication and hard work of the VikingGenetics team, our consultant, and contractors Jesper and Preben Poulsen continue to drive this project forward.
